Performance by the Komische Oper Berlin
Fatma & Fatoş is an opera project by Selam Opera and Berlin-based eyewitnesses to the events of the Berlin Wall. It is based on the memories of women who courageously came to Germany and fought for social inclusion. Their experiences demonstrate how migrant perspectives shape and continue to enrich democratic history.
