Lecture and conversation
The history of National Socialism continues to impact today's society in many different ways. As time distances increase, many people still ask themselves what roles their family members played during the Nazi era.
The focus is particularly on questions about membership in National Socialist organizations and involvement in the numerous Nazi crimes.
In the course of research, family stories of apolitical or even resistant actions by relatives often turn out to be one-sided or false. The families kept quiet about a lot of things anyway.
