Ballhauser had a great time in Berlin. Without the fluffy dance halls, the Golden Twenties might not have become a cult brand, which in terms of content even had an impact on the founding years of radio. The RSB opens up two of Berlin's lovingly tended ballrooms for selected chamber concerts: Ballhaus Wedding and Ballhaus Neukölln, today's home port of Neukölln.
Both mark stations on an imaginary line between the two broadcasting houses of the orchestra during its 100-year history: the Haus des Rundfunks in Charlottenburg and the Funkhaus Nalepastraße in Oberschöneweide.
