On August 3, 2025, Marion Klammer from Wanda and Nikodemus Berger from Bonvivant Cocktail Bistro will serve a jointly curated vegan dinner for the first time at Bonvivant Cocktail Bistro. Both Klammer and Berger are known for their expertise in plant-based cuisine. They will present innovative dishes that are entirely free of animal products – in line with a sustainable and flavorful approach to food.

Marion Klammer, who created Wanda, a pop-up concept for vegan and gluten-free cuisine, previously worked in the Michelin-starred kitchen at Horváth and knows how to impress with taste and finesse even without animal products or gluten. Nikodemus Berger, head chef at Bonvivant and a lifelong vegetarian, has refined his vegan cooking over the years and received recognition in the form of a Michelin star.
The August 3 dinner marks a premiere for Bonvivant: for the first time, the two chefs will present a vegan menu together, designed to surprise guests with creative and flavorful plant-based dishes.
A Preview of the Vegan Menu:
Each kitchen contributed four dishes to the evening’s menu. Guests can look forward to a selection such as:- Bonvi Cauliflower, Pineapple, Truffle (warm)
- Wanda Doughnut with Strawberries (dessert)
- Baby Potatoes with Yeast and Chives – easy to share (snack)
- Wanda Cucumber with Elderflower and Smoked Almond (cold)
- Roasted Pumpkin with Orange, Beba’s Feta, and Crunchy Sage
- Braised Pointed Cabbage with Cauliflower Purée, Citrus Dressing, and Piedmont Hazelnuts
The combination of the two kitchens promises a harmonious interplay of savory and sweet vegan specialties, with no need for meat substitutes — instead celebrating the natural variety of plant-based ingredients.
The team at Bonvivant Cocktail Bistro has been offering a fully vegan dinner since January 2025, which has been very well received by guests.
The à la carte dinner will take place on Sunday, August 3, 2025, starting at 6:00 p.m.

Bonvivant Cocktail Bistro is open Tuesday to Saturday from 6:00 p.m., and Friday to Sunday from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Bonvivant Cocktail Bistro offers 34 seats in the main dining area, 10 seats at the bar, and 16 at the high tables. The lounge area accommodates 20 guests, and the outdoor terrace offers 56 seats. For special events or larger dinner parties, Studio 32 Schöneberg and Studio 32 Kreuzberg are available for private bookings.
