Safe space for body love
Many people feel that their own body is never enough – not beautiful, slim, firm, feminine, masculine or diverse enough. Conflicts with oneself, constant judging and comparing can be a burden.
Every day, we spend almost eight hours in front of screens that show us ideals of beauty rather than reality. As a result, we often forget how truly colourful and diverse reality and bodies really are. This is precisely what the BODYLOVE CIRCLE is designed to address.
The BODYLOVE CIRCLE offers a regular, open space to work on body love – anytime and regardless of when you join. The focus is not on perfection, but on acceptance and appreciation of one's own body.
Genuine exchange: A space to talk openly about body perception and share experiences. Opening up, listening and learning from others strengthens the journey towards self-acceptance.
Safe Space: A safe place to express yourself without fear of judgement. Everyone is welcome – regardless of body shape, gender or age. Diversity is celebrated and every perspective is valuable.
Creative body awareness: Exercises such as mindful movement, dance or creative expression promote a positive connection to one's own body. This practice helps to develop self-love.
Regular attendance: The circle takes place regularly, so it is possible to join at any time. Each time you attend, you have the opportunity to develop your love of your body further.
AIMS OF THE BODYLOVE CIRCLE:
- Strengthening self-awareness and love of the body
- Promoting real exchange and learning from each other
