In "Berliner Pflanzen", a scenic audio walk, resident Anja invites some of her neighbors to a guided tour through the "Gärten der Welt“, focusing on "plants and their cultural history".
Together with the four protagonists, you as listeners, are going to explore a particularly impressive part of the „Gärten der Welt“ - the English Garden, the Oriental Garden, the Balinese Garden and the Rhododendron Grove.
While strolling through the area, you will follow the lively discussion of the protagonists on interesting topics, such as plant migration and colonialism, the role of plants in rapidly growing metropolises, the history of the „Gärten der Welt" in Marzahn and the interesting question of the consciousness of plants.
