A Crime and Many Memories
In her lecture, Zofia Wóycicka outlines how the perception of Auschwitz has changed since the late 1940s in Poland, in the two German states and also in Europe until it gained its current significance. Not only the different war experiences and post-war history of the various societies play a significant role, but also the physical proximity or distance to the geographical location.
- Lecture: Prof. Dr. Zofia Wóycicka
