Mobility restrictions for visitors: 

The main entrance has three steps. Wheelchair users can enter through the side entrance. The thresholds there are less than 1 cm high and can be easily navigated even by heavy electric wheelchairs.

This entrance must be unlocked during events, which our staff at the door are happy to do. They ask for a little patience if the situation doesn’t allow for it at the moment, but as a rule, you’ll be given priority.

Inside SO36 itself, there are almost no barriers, apart from two small thresholds at the fire doors, which are also less than 1 cm high.

Wheelchair-accessible restroom:

There is a wheelchair-accessible restroom with a Euro key—or you can ask the door staff for a key.

Companions get free admission.

If you’re attending a concert, you can also request a platform with a ramp. If at all possible, they’ll set it up in a spot with a good view.
