In addition to delicately arranged meat and fish dishes, such as Katsu Sando (beef tartare with tramezzini and the spicy Japanese Tonkatsu sauce) or Lamb Ossobuco or Melon Toro (with wasabi and tuna belly), you will also find vegetarian classics such as smoked gnocchi on the menu. Many dishes invite sharing. Partly rounded seating areas, lots of greenery and a pleasant lighting concept create a relaxed atmosphere. CHIARO, which replaces the previous La Banca Restaurant & Bar in the Hotel de Rome with its innovative "Cucina Italiana", is perfect for a meal together with friends and family, or even for a romantic evening for two.
