The cocktail menu at Berliner Trinkkultur
The cocktail menu changes seasonally and combines classics with original creations. Particularly popular are drinks such as the Smoky Old Fashioned with a subtle smoky note, or the Princess and the Pea – a Neukölln speciality featuring gin, pea syrup and wheat beer. And many other signature drinks, such as Christina Does Not Live Here Anymore with gin, elderflower and cucumber, showcase the bar team’s creative flair.
An intimate atmosphere by candlelight
The interior is deliberately kept simple and cosy: subdued lighting, plenty of candles, old sofas and vintage furniture create an atmosphere reminiscent of a stylish Berlin living room, perfect forkicking off your night in Berlin. The music ranges from indie to classic rock and funk – always playing discreetly in the background to let the drinks take centre stage. TiER isn’t the place for large groups, but rather an elegant retreat for intimate conversations and relaxed evenings at the bar.
Our tips
- A taste sensation is the so-called Pickle Bag: a dash of whisky, a dash of pickle juice – the perfect drink for long nights!
- If you want to snag one of the cosier seats, it’s worth arriving before 8 pm – especially at the weekend, TiER gets packed in no time.
- There are two rules at TiER: no photos and no groups of more than six people. In return, you can look forward to a relaxed evening and deep conversations.
Your visit to TiER
TiER is located in Neukölln on the corner of Weserstraße and Fuldastraße. You can easily reach the bar by taking the U7 to Rathaus Neukölln or the U7 and U8 to Hermannplatz. Both stations are about a ten-minute walk away. TiER is situated on one of Berlin’s most popular nightlife streets. In the neighbourhood, various restaurants, the Maybachufer on the Landwehrkanal with its flea markets, and many small galleries invite you to enjoy a relaxed evening combining trendy flair with a local neighbourhood atmosphere.
