Paolo Pinkel
Creative cuisine meets DJ sets and long nights
Paolo Pinkel on Karl-Marx-Straße is one of those favourite Berlin spots that uniquely blends gastronomy, bar culture and nightlife. Amidst tropical plants and neon lights, it has established itself as a regular haunt for night owls who appreciate good food, creative drinks and a lively atmosphere.
International cuisine on Karl-Marx-Straße
Paolo Pinkel combines the extravagance of the 1980s with a touch ofBerlin’s underground culture. Amidst tropical plants, stylish leather furniture and colourful neon lighting, a diverse crowd has been gathering here since the venue opened in 2019. It’s not just the venue’s interior design that contributes to its huge popularity; Paolo Pinkel’s culinary offering also plays a part: here you’ll find three open kitchens serving dishes from different cultures – sometimes Malaysian, sometimes Mexican, sometimes Cypriot.
DJ sets and a party atmosphere even before the kitchen closes
And it’s not just the international dishes that fly off the shelves here; Negroni and Espresso Martinis are also a big hit with guests. Because after (and sometimes even before) the kitchen closes ,Paolo Pinkel transforms into a bar with DJ sets and live concerts featuring artists from Berlin and all over the world.
