Guided bike tour with a walking tour of the Kühlhaus Berlin
Hop on your bike after work and discover Berlin’s industrial heritage: On the “Railroad and Runway” after-work bike tour, you’ll explore the history of what is now Park am Gleisdreick over a 4-km route. This vast site was once home to a “sea of rails.”

Many buildings and architectural relics bear witness to the industrial past of this former railway yard, including the Kühlhaus Berlin. Our industrial archaeologist will provide expert guidance as you explore this historic “brick refrigerator.”
The route runs primarily through the Park am Gleisdreieck.
This event is part of the Berlin Industrial Heritage Festival.

The Berlin Industrial Heritage Festival offers you the chance to experience the city in a whole new way. From 12 September to 4 October, around 100 events will bring the visible and invisible heritage of industrialisation to life.
