Florian Sperlhöfer presents asian delicacies
Discover Asian flavours
Florian Sperlhofer has made it his mission to get the best out of every ingredient - and to utilise all of them. In his Michelin-starred kitchen at pars Berlin, the motto is therefore: regional products, complete utilisation and holistic flavour. This concept has won over guests and food critics alike. As a guest, you can expect an abundance of flavour here.

After the main course, savour the handmade chocolates - they are the little stars of the pars. The recipes for these chocolate treats were inspired by the Japanese kintsugi technique, among other things. In this technique, the broken edges of the chocolates are finished with edible gold leaf.

Florian Sperlhofer gets ideas for new dishes on his excursions through Berlin's restaurant landscape. He is particularly interested in traditional dishes with a modern twist and fresh Southeast Asian cuisine. But he also has a few tips for sweet desserts.
