The burger, the supreme discipline of vegetarian and vegan cuisine. What was once reserved exclusively for meat eaters has long since taken on many plant-based forms that are in no way inferior to their animal counterparts in terms of appearance and flavour. Just as with meat, the flavours differ in the composition and base of vegan patties. Give it a try, even if you are only occasionally vegan or simply looking for new culinary horizons.
