Tip 1: Orangerie Neukölln

Tip 2: CODA Dessert Dining

Head chef René Frank takes patisserie to new heights - with sustainable ingredients, surprising flavours and a radically modern presentation. Tip 3: Gutshof Britz

In the centre of the listed Gutshof Britz estate, the Buchholz Gutshof Britz restaurant awaits you with lovingly prepared country house cuisine. Classic German dishes made from regional ingredients meet an idyllic setting straight out of a picture book. Enjoy seasonal menus that combine the best of Brandenburg and Berlin in a stylish ambience of natural stone and half-timbered buildings.

Tip 4: Ankerklause

The legendary Ankerklause is located directly on the bridge to Maybachufer - a piece of seafaring romance in the centre of Berlin. With wooden walls, colourful lights and harbour bar flair, it feels like you're on the coast. During the day, the terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast with a view of the water, while long drinks and sunsets beckon in the evening. The jukebox inside is guaranteed to bring back nostalgia - Berlin at its best!

Tip 5: Klunkerkranich

A place like no other: Klunkerkranich is located on the car park deck of Neukölln Arcaden. An urban garden with a club feeling, street food stalls and a magnificent view over Berlin awaits you here. From 5 pm, the sunset is garnished with snacks, tapas and dinner creations. For something a little more savoury, head to the Zum Fetten Finken canteen from Wednesday to Sunday. The menu is small but full of surprises - freshly prepared, seasonally inspired and changing weekly.

Tip 6: Café Botanico

Experience a genuine farm-to-table philosophy at Café Botanico. The centrepiece of this charming restaurant is a 1,000 square metre permaculture garden - right behind the building. What grows here ends up fresh on your plate: wild herb salads, vegetable creations and homemade honey from our own apiary. The garden is open to the public during opening hours and there are guided tours (almost) every last Sunday of the month.

Tip 7: Fräulein Frost

You know vanilla and chocolate - but have you ever tried wasabi chocolate or salted caramel? Fräulein Frost is where experimentation meets craftsmanship. This Neukölln cult ice cream parlour delights with exciting flavours and a cosy atmosphere. Our tip: it's worth coming back - the range changes regularly!
