Neukölln offers the full range of culinary delights.

Eating out

Eating well and having a good time is something you really ought to put on your list of things to do in Berlin. In Neukölln you don’t have to look far. The culinary hot spots and unusual locations will surprise you.

If you want really good, sophisticated country cuisine, go to Buchholz Gutshof Britz in the middle of the listed heritage site of the Gutshof Britz. The traditional dishes with good, local ingredients are the perfect accompaniment to the idyllic surroundings of the manor house.

Fräulein Frost is the place to go if you love ice cream and experimentation. As well as the classics, the café offers flavours such as wasabi and chocolate, or salty caramel, which you simply have to try. Friedelstraße 39, 12047 Berlin-Neukölln

On the rooftop terrace of the Neukölln Arcaden, Klunkerkranich is a club, a garden and a beach bar all at the same time – with a great view of Berlin. You can enjoy the music and there’s something for everyone when it comes to culinary delights.

Apple strudel waffle with vanilla ice and cream, or a savoury potato waffle with salmon, salad and quark? It’s hard to decide at Café Lux – we can heartily recommend both.
