In today's society, the question of a more equitable distribution of time, money and work is becoming more and more urgent. While some individuals benefit from an abundance of free time and financial security, others face the daily struggle for existence and are plagued by work overload and an acute lack of time.
A particular aspect of this inequality concerns gender, as women work on average 8 hours less per week in paid jobs than men, but at the same time do more than 10 hours per week of unpaid care work. This leads to financial disadvantage in the present while posing a threat to their financial security in old age. Given these challenges, the question arises as to how a new form of justice can be achieved in relation to these areas.
