The exhibition EXPERIENCING A VOICE presents five positions in sound art that deal with the phenomenon of the voice, from the origin of human sound production to its slow technical silence.

The human voice is elusive. Unlike the eye or ear, it is not a uniform organ and is always located inside and outside the body at the same time, is immaterial, but can be physically experienced as a vibration and, above all, can be experienced directly. In installation art with sound as material, the phenomenon of voice between instrument, spatial quality, research and artistic creativity has long been a theme.
