Gob Squad | Ethan Braun | Solistenensemble Kaleidoskop
TURN is an invitation to dance in dark times. Put on your denim workwear and join Gob Squad in an unconventional ballroom, to explore an ever-shifting constellation of perspectives through conversation, music and movement.
Born into and living during a turbulent period of social change, Strauss witnessed political unrest, social mobility, revolution and the transformation of European society that 200 years later seems both distant and familiar. Gob Squad uses this anniversary to present an immersive and expanding search for an alternative society that circulates outwards from the individual, to the ancestral to the cosmic rotation of planets. Always rotating, always revolving.
TURN is made and performed in collaboration with composer Ethan Braun and Solistenensemble Kaleidoskop and for everyone who enjoys to participate or just to sit back and watch.
Relaxed dress code: Denim.
