Since its founding in 1882, the Berlin Philharmonic Choir has represented a highly respected oratorio choir in Germany, embodying versatile, transparent and multi-faceted musical expression. Every concert season, the choir performs not only well-known choral classics, but also lesser-known pieces as well as premieres or first-time performances in an exclusive subscription series in the Berlin Philharmonie.
