Exhibition Commemorates Victims of Right-Wing Violence in Brandenburg
A total of 23 exhibition panels document the life stories of those affected, the circumstances surrounding the crimes, and the legal proceedings that followed. The exhibition brings these personal stories to light and draws attention to the long-term consequences of right-wing violence for victims, their families, and society.
At the opening, Judith Porath of Opferperspektive e.V. and Merle Stöver of Bielefeld University underscored the importance of an active culture of remembrance. At the same time, they drew attention to the ongoing threat posed by right-wing violence and emphasized the need to strengthen democratic values and social cohesion.
The exhibition “Kein schöner Land” will be on view through August 31, 2026, Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the garden of the State of Brandenburg’s Representative Office to the Federal Government. Access is via the Philosophenweg entrance.
- Admission is free
Location: Garden of the Brandenburg State Representation, In den Ministergärten 3, 10117 Berlin
