Tempelhof Airport through the lens of history

The architecture of Tempelhof Airport reflects its chequered history. To this day, it bears traces of the ideological concepts of the Nazi era as well as of its decades of use by the Americans. During the tour, visitors can view, amongst other things, the former check-in hall, the areas once used by the American allies and the extensive transit corridors.
