Lunch concert festival
As part of the Lunch Concert Festival, the Alinde Quartet invites you to a concert on Sunday.
Eugenia Ottaviano and Guglielmo Dandolo Marchesi (violins), Erin Kirby (viola), Bartolomeo Dandolo Marchesi (cello) will play:
- Orlando di Lasso: Prophetiae Sibyllarum, Prologue
- Girolamo Frescobaldi: Canzona seconda a quattro sopra romanesca
- Viktor Ullmann: String quartet op. 46, no. 3
- Giovanni Maria Trabaci: Canzona Francesa
- Franz Schubert: String quartet in E flat major, D 87
The annual festival presents five days of compositions whose genesis and historical performances are connected with the Musikwerkstatt Berlin: Composers and musicians from around the world who were inspired by this city. The 2023 Festival is a cooperation between the Mendelssohn Society and the Embassy of Ireland, sponsored by the Embassy of Iceland, supported by Ad Fontes Attorneys at Law and Guy Oppenheim.
