In the Old Museum you can get to know Caesar and Cleopatra up close. The permanent exhibition shows selected objects from the antiquities collection, from the art of ancient Greece to the Roman Empire. The architectural highlight of the famous building by Karl Friedrich Schinkel is the central rotunda with statues of ancient deities. The special exhibition “Class and Mass” can currently be seen.
