Czech baritone Tomáš Král is one of the most renowned young singers in his field. He received his musical education in his hometown of Brno. Since 2005, he has performed with many of the best-known European ensembles. Tel Aviv-born pianist and composer Matan Porat has been praised by the New York Times for his "great sound and expressiveness." He has performed in famous concert halls such as the Berlin Philharmonie, Carnegie Hall in New York, and Wigmore Hall in London.

At the concert for the Lehniner Sommermusiken on August 14, Tomáš Král and Matan Porat will present music by Leoš Janáček and Claude Debussy together. As pieces for solo piano, Matan Porat will play, in addition to Leoš Janáček, music by Gustav Mahler.
In the historical ambience of the Lehnin Monastery, the Lehnin Summer Music Festival will present music from France from the 16th century to the present from July 3 to September 10.
