In a series of alienated self-portraits, Katinka Kaskeline has photocopied her own childhood portraits and then reworked them with paint and melted plastic.

In this exhibition, the portraits are juxtaposed with a current series called "Wustrow". (Alp) dreamlike-scary-beautiful paintings of the deserted Baltic Sea peninsula, a "lost place" in the Bay of Mecklenburg.

Versatile artist Katinka Kaskeline's work spans media such as collage, drawing, painting, sculpture, and installation.
