Reconciliation does not always mean starting afresh. These films deal with separations and difficult times, followed by a period of healing. Animals and insects have displaced people. War has shattered the lives of many people, and they are now trying to come to terms with their new reality.

An indigenous Evenki boy is preparing to leave his family behind. A woman believes that she can only understand herself through medication. As two best friends enjoy one last holiday by the sea, a male friendship comes to an end.
