The various names for this "everyday plant" contain some plant knowledge that has been well documented over the centuries. Based on the different names, the participants learn a lot of interesting, curious and worth knowing things from "history" and about the properties of one of the oldest cultivated plants.

In between it becomes practical - e.g. when preparing a nourishing oil or making a small treat from the colored flowers. If you want, you can also get creative at the end and create a small "picture" out of the flowers - without any pencils or previous artistic knowledge.
