With the 8th symposium in the “Historical Judgment” series, the German Historical Museum and Karl Schlögel are examining the relationships between these three countries—not in the form of an encyclopedic overview or a definitive assessment, but rather as an exploration of characteristic situations in which the full complexity of this triangular relationship, built up over generations, comes to light.
