42 years after the FIfF was founded, it is more urgent than ever to keep a cool head, remain level-headed and discuss together ways out of the crises and how to deal with them – whilst also stepping outside our comfort zones.
FIfFKon creates a three-day, inspiring space for exchange at the intersection of computer science and all other disciplines, featuring talks, collaborative learning, discussion and networking on the theme of ‘Resilience in the Polycrisis’.
FIfFKon is organised by the Forum of Computer Scientists for Peace and Social Responsibility (FIfF e.V.)
FIfF is an association of people who take a critical look at the impacts of digitalisation and the use of computer science and information technology in society.
In their work, members also reflect on the consequences of these developments and recognise that not all problems can be solved through technology. FIfF aims to ensure that information technology and digitalisation serve the cause of a world worth living in.
