A choreographic study around Alexanderplatz

Into Dwelling explores choreographic action with and in the city in a playful way and with simple physical actions. The first choreographic study is now being tested at Alexanderplatz. Into Dwelling thereby nourishes dwelling as an active doing through bodily-sensory processes. "To dwell" is understood as living and inhabiting, as lingering, staying, settling or living. In its facets, "inhabiting" can also be the inhabiting of movements.

Sabine Zahn and team have developed choreographic strategies that support the connections to other people, animals and things as impulses of inhabiting. For this, they explore with the participants and the surroundings of Alexanderplatz with its multiple social, political and urban power relations.
