DORREY L. LYLES is undoubtedly one of the most remarkable and outstanding soul singers today. Known not only for her extraordinary and powerful voice but also for her authentic and passionate ability to bring soul music to life, she has captivated audiences worldwide.
Born in 1970 as the daughter of Reverend Charles Lyles, she was immersed in the gospel scene from the very beginning—a natural foundation for a glorious career built on immense vocal talent. She has toured with prominent gospel choirs, such as The Very Best Of Black Gospel, Harlem Gospel Singers, and The Philadelphia Singers. In her youth, she formed a successful group called The Chosen Ones with other ambitious and talented young musicians.
For her exceptional talent, Dorrey was awarded the Best Gospel Award in the U.S., the only nationwide award of its kind. She later joined the internationally renowned and successful group The Weather Girls.
Joining her on stage are Helmut Bruger, JC Dook, Sebastian Vogel, and Connor Fitzgerald—four absolute professionals whose presence will delight any groove and funk enthusiast!
