It's summer on the American West Coast, a summer in the 80s. Beachgoers, artists, musicians and sports enthusiasts are crowding the promenades of the resorts to enjoy their vacation. Children ride through the streets on bonanza bikes, always looking for fun and adventure. The Wuppertal exception theater takes its audience to California and finally presents another show with the three detectives.
Anyone who has ever heard the fantastic mix of brilliantly edited soundtracks from radio plays, favorite series and film quotes, anyone who has seen the lovingly crafted set including stage props and crazy costumes, and anyone who, above all, has experienced the acting elemental power with lip-synched and pointed acting of the ensemble, will never get these images and sounds out of their head again. And wants more!
The shared rediscovery of happy memories from one's own past and the pleasure of accompanying childhood heroes in solving bizarre cases is only surpassed by the joy of an evening full of fun and tears of laughter.
