Bridge builders in chamber music: between tradition and modernity

In the world of classical music, Julia Smirnova and Konstantin Manaev have made a name for themselves as the "New Classic Duo", forming a harmonious partnership not only on stage but also in their private lives.



The New Classic Duo is primarily dedicated to contemporary music. They are passionate about bridging the gap between traditional and contemporary music by creating innovative works for violin and cello and with their
present a unique style of interpretation.


In the concert, the duo presents works by G.F. Handel, M. Ravel, the Rombergs and Johanna Doderer, a contemporary Austrian composer.
