Take a deep breath and feel alive
For four Sundays in a row, certified breath therapists and breath educators invite you to listen to your own breath—right in the heart of Berlin, outdoors, with no registration required and free of charge.
“Breathing in the Park” has been doing exactly that every summer for many years: it uses the breath to open a door that most of us have long since forgotten. No techniques, no fitness-style exercises. Rather, it’s a friendly invitation to listen to the body, which is talking to us all the time anyway.
The method traces its origins to Ilse Middendorf and is one of the oldest living breathing traditions in the German-speaking world.
