Berit Dybing from Minnesota, who everyone calls Ber, has always been passionate about music. As a child, she learned to play guitar and piano. Later, she studied popular music with a focus on singing. And then she started writing songs.

Ber's talent for singing about relationships soon went viral. Her voice, simple plucked guitar and wonderful lyrics strike a chord with her audience.
Her song "Meant To Be," with tens of millions of streams, about a couple made for each other but not forever, was just the beginning. Two EPs and more viral hits like "Superspreader" followed. Ber sings about relationships, observing them from very different angles than others.
Everything she says is meant honestly: "It's my way of processing my emotions, and being able to bring that into songs. I've found that the style of writing I love is really conversational. I could just be standing in front of you saying these things out loud."
Ber is coming to Berlin in May for an exclusive show.
