At the Hotel de Rome on Bebel Platz, a designated GreenTeam consisting of staff and trainees is working to integrate sustainable projects into the hotel concept and to implement further ideas. This ranges from correct waste separation to regional purchasing and a veggie day in the staff restaurant to supporting local initiatives, such as the Berlin city beekeepers. For its commitment, the Rocco Forte Hotel in Berlin has now received the seal of approval "Certified Sustainability 2022" from the German Institute for Sustainability & Economics.
