Zoo Palast

Lights on for the Zoo Palast

After extensive renovation, the Zoo Palast cinema reopened at the end of 2013. The elegant character of the 1950s-era cinema is preserved.

Innovative design and cutting-edge technology are installed throughout the building and its seven individual screening rooms. For example, the largest screen now boasts a customised Dolby ATMOS system. Elements such as the original wood panelling were integrated into the contemporary design. The cinema shows the latest blockbusters in dubbed in German as well as some films in the original version.

The Zoo Palast is once again ready to welcome the Berlinale film festival.
