Pars Chocolates & Restaurant
The chocolates by creator Kristiane Kegelmann are almost too beautiful to enjoy. No wonder: Kegelmann is actually a visual artist. For a long time, she created her praline sculptures simply on the side. Then she first opened a chocolate shop where she specialised in the finest chocolate creations without artificial additives and preservatives. In 2023, she added her own restaurant. During the day, coffee, cakes and chocolates are served, in the evening you can choose between seasonal dishes in the á la carte between 17:30-19:30 and from 19:30 a set menu is served. This is accompanied by carefully selected wines. To top it off, as a pre-dessert or as part of the menu, there are of course the beautiful Pars chocolates, which almost seem like sculptural works of art. The interior is also convincing with its classic minimalist design and artisanal accents such as simple plaster reliefs that are reminiscent of the former Café Savigny die Antike, which previously made history at the location for 42 years.
