Family psychologist, SPIEGEL bestselling author and mum Nina Grimm is celebrating the premiere of her new book, *A Lion Mum Doesn’t Need to Be Able to Tweet*, at the Pfefferberg Theatre.

A wonderful, entertaining evening centred on real family life, in which many mums and dads will recognise themselves and be thoroughly entertained.

Nina dispels the notion that good parents must always be patient, gentle and understanding.

As a mother herself, she tried for a long time to be just that. Yet she is loud, spirited and impatient – a ‘lioness’ rather than a gentle ‘goldfinch’.

Based on established models of personality psychology, Nina has developed a parenting test and distinguishes between five types:

the caring ‘goldfinch’, the conflict-averse ‘lizard’, the spontaneous ‘cockatoo’, the impulsive ‘lion’ and the controlled ‘wolf’.

If you know your type, you’ll better understand why things keep coming to a head at certain points in everyday family life, and what specific steps can help without having to constantly compromise as a mum or dad.

At the premiere, this will make for an entertaining evening full of moments of recognition, surprising ‘aha’ moments and, of course, the question: which parenting type am I actually?

Guests will be able to find out for themselves that very evening.
