Castelfidardo, a small town in the hills of the Marche region, has been the centre of Italian accordion-making since the late 19th century. In a musical and literary exploration, the author Bruno Franceschini and the accordionist Radu Ratoi examine how the accordion has shaped the identity of the town’s inhabitants.

A concert is part of the ‘Global Sound Stories – Accordion Meets Literature’ concert series organised by the Landesmusikrat Berlin e.V. (Berlin State Music Council).
