A turbulent journey through the history of the telephone
Actor Sebastian Zett and guitarist Daniel Lindenblatt embark on a journey through time: from the groundbreaking invention of the telephone in 1861, they meander through the decades right up to the present day. Along the way, they not only rummage through newspaper articles and film clips or bring famous telephone calls back to life, but also want to find out whether the Pope really did ring the Kremlin and why the lines in Vienna are constantly dead. Well then: don’t hang up!

Nachts am Telefon
The venue for ‘Nachts am Telefon’ is the Transformator Frohnau. This historic substation is now used as a wine bar, music café and holiday flat.
