Short tour of “Nature and German History: Faith – Biology – Power.”
The tour offers insight into the topics of environmental destruction and nature conservation over the past 800 years. The exhibits highlight, among other things, the preservation of Lake Constance in the late Middle Ages, the exploitation of natural resources in the German colonial empire, the pollution of the Rhine in the 1960s, and the destruction of the landscape caused by mining.
