It is with great joy—though not without some doubt, and certainly with a considerable amount of inner conflict—that they stand before you today, under these circumstances, which—and this cannot be emphasized enough—could very well be different. They have come together to gently explore the question of what they are actually doing here.

And while an answer may or may not be emerging here and there, and clarity respectfully beckons from afar, what really matters is that they are ready to start, to begin, to create the possibility that perhaps someday.
A contemporary circus show that grapples with the state of things and therefore inevitably questions itself.
SENECA INTENSIV is an educational institution dedicated to the arts and their professional dissemination. Since 2007, we have been creating a space in Berlin where people from a wide variety of backgrounds and life stories can explore dance, circus, and physical theater as forms of artistic expression and personal development. They view movement as a universal language that transcends cultural and social boundaries.
