A perfect start into the week

Which museums are open on Mondays? Many museums in Berlin are closed on this day of the week, yet these institutions can also be visited on a Monday.

The recently opened Barberini Museum in Potsdam’s historic city palace displays modern art. The BlackBox, The Wall Museum, East Side Gallery, the Mauermuseum – Haus am Checkpoint Charlie and The Story of Berlin bring you closer to Berlin’s history. You can visit the significant exhibition about German history at the Deutsches Historisches Museum (German Historical Museum) in the baroque Zeughaus building. Martin-Gropius-Bau presents changing world-class exhibitions and the Jewish Museum Berlin tells the history of Jews in Germany.
