Jonas Zörner, head chef at the Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer, can look back on an impressive career as a Michelin-starred chef - even at a young age: He was awarded his first Michelin star in 2021 at the age of just 28 at the Golvet restaurant. Four years later, a second followed for the Lorenz Adlon dining room. Here, in the famous Adlon Hotel on Pariser Platz, he creates French gourmet art at the highest level and combines European classics with Asian flavours. In keeping with the haute cuisine, you can choose from an extensive wine list with around 1,300 fine vintages in the dining room.
