Zero Waste - For years, the restaurant FREA in Torstraße has consistently relied on regional, seasonal and vegan ingredients. With the FREA Bakery, the founding team is now proving once again that sustainable, vegan enjoyment doesn't have to mean doing without. From sourdough bread to brioche with sweet, creamy cocoa butter-oat milk filling or crispy croissants, the baked goods simply taste delicious. And just like in the restaurant itself, every remaining crumb is composted and delivered to the supplier farms as fertiliser.
