Piano Trios by Schumann, Beethoven, Higdon
Pinchas Zukerman, previously heard at the Pierre Boulez Saal in several concerts opposite Daniel Barenboim—including with Beethoven’s Violin Sonatas in the composer’s anniversary year—returns to Berlin leading his piano trio.

Together with cellist Amanda Forsyth and pianist Shai Wosner, the legendary violinist Pinchas Zukerman presents a varied selection of chamber music classics and recent works: Schumann’s Fantasy Pieces and Beethoven’s “Archduke” Trio are paired with compositions by Jennifer Higdon and Sofia Belimova, who was born in 2000.
