Picture book reading and discussion for children and adults on "Sonntag in Nikolaiviertel".

The educator and artist Silja Korn will read the picture book "Wie Mama mit der Nase sieht" (How Mama sees with her nose), which describes her everyday life as a blind mother. With a lot of humor and little distance, it describes what everyday family life looks like when mom "sees" with her hands, ears, feet and nose.

During the reading, participants can try out everyday objects that help her - including a color recognition device and a wristwatch that can be read with the index finger. Afterwards, there will be room for curious questions from children and adults.
