It will be an evening full of culinary delights and cozy conviviality, and delicious goose will be served. You also have sweet and sour red cabbage and hearty kale as a side dish, which go perfectly with the goose. Of course, the traditional dumplings shouldn't be missing either. As an accompaniment there is fresh bread with different types of butter.
