In April 2026, the Trickster Orchestra will host its first-ever festival: "TransTraditionale – Music Festival of the Global Present." Over three days, the festival at Radialsystem will bring together outstanding soloists, composers, and ensembles from the post-migrant music scene, showcasing them as a sonically innovative force in contemporary music.
With this festival, the ensemble concludes its two-year transtraditional music laboratory, in which new orchestral forms and sonic languages were explored beyond fixed genre and cultural boundaries.
TransTraditionale is dedicated to musical mosaics between improvisation and composition, connecting a scene that understands global sonic diversity as the foundation of an open, diverse, and contemporary art music.
